All bikes supplied by us are completely 'ready to go'. Bikes are fully built and, before they leave our premises, we fully service and safety check them. This not only means peace of mind for you, but allows you to buy bike and ride it away, no assembly required! As we have built the bikes you have your full guarantee with ourselves and your warranty with the manufacturer.
Whether you need parts replaced, a service, or have a creaking noise to fix, we can do it. As well as making sure all bikes are safety checked before they leave us, our workshop staff deal with all sorts of repairs. Get in touch for further details. Our workshop also gives each bike a full pre delivery inspection, so your bike is ready for action. They can deal with the most complicated of tasks, with years of experience invested in our staff.
We have many years of experience with a variety of bicycles from full suspensions with creaking linkages to electric bikes with connection problems. We have built hundreds of wheels over the years and are able to build any combination for you.
Why not spread the cost of your cycle with our finance scheme. Depending on the cost of the bicycle we can offer Interest free credit. To qualify you need to be in full time employment and come in with a form of ID. This can be your passport or driving licence, but a credit card is usually the simplest way.
Spread the cost of Christmas this year! Simply choose your bike and leave us a small deposit and we will hold the bike for you. Continue to make payments whenever you want. When you are ready, phone us to arrange collection and take the bike away. Why compromise, have what you or the kids want this Christmas, without the worry of the cost.
All new bikes that we sell are covered under the manufacturers' guarantee. On average, parts and accessories are covered for one year, and frames are covered for ten years. Please check the guarantee associated with your make and model before making any warranty claims. We can handle all your claims and negotiate with the company involved as to whether or not it is a genuine claim. Whatever the outcome, we will help you as much as possible.
All bikes supplied by us are invited back within four weeks for a service. This is just to reset the bike after its first few miles were cables can stretch, we retune these, adjust the brakes and can make any alterations for you at this time.
